Each locality is probed by a separate monitor placed in that region. Placement is best-effort, so the city shown is the data centre the monitor actually landed in, not the one it asked for. The three-letter code is the airport code for that data centre.
Last 90 days
One strip per system and per dependency, so an incident can be traced to what actually broke. Days are graded by how long the thing was unavailable, not by a raw percentage: green is under 5 minutes, yellow 5 to 30 minutes, red beyond that. Green means the day stayed inside the budget, not that it was flawless – hover any day for its exact failed-of-total count and estimated downtime. Grey means no probe ran that day, or too few ran to say anything – an unobserved day, not a good one.
